By accessing this Site and Salus Vitae Group Health Academy, which is owned and operated by Salus Vitae Group LLC (in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, we will also reference ourselves as ‘Salus Vitae Group,’ ‘we,’ ‘us’ or ‘our’), the user (‘you,’ or ‘student,’ or ‘attendees’ or ‘participants’ or ‘client’) is agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use and Salus Vitae Group LLC Terms of Use (‘Terms’ or ‘Agreement’), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Any and each use of the Site, products and services constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site or its services.
2. Use License
Age Restriction
To utilize the Site, products, and services provided by Salus Vitae Group Health Academy, you must be at least 18 years of age. Our offerings are intended for a general adult audience. If, at any point, a user(s) and/or client(s) of the Salus Vitae Group Health Academy, products and services violate the Terms of Use outlined here, the users’ and/or clients’ access to the Salus Vitae Group Health Academy, product(s) and service(s) can be terminated without cause or notice. At any point, Salus Vitae Group reserves the right to terminate any access to and/or the Salus Vitae Group Health Academy, Salus Vitae Group Site, product(s), and service(s) it provides without cause or notice with no refund. The client is entitled to terminate the service with written notice to Salus Vitae Group; however, a refund will not be issued. Salus Vitae Group Health Academy reserves the right to update its refund policy at any point in time without notice.
8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to the Salus Vitae Group Health Academy’s Site and offerings shall be governed by the laws of the Salus Vitae Group Health Academy Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
